Woman arrested on suspicion of murder after boy, 4, stabbed to death in Hackney, east London

A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a four-year-old boy was stabbed to death in Hackney, east London.

The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service were called to the scene at around 10.50pm on Wednesday and found the child with knife injuries.

Officers detained the 41-year-old, who they say was known to the boy, at the scene and she remains in custody.
