Woman takes legal action against TFL after losing arm and leg major tube accident

Sarah de Lagarde slipped on a puddle on the platform at High Barnet underground station in north London and fell in a gap between a stationary train and the platform in September 2022.

She’s now calling on the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan to meet her to discuss how to improve safety measures and is taking legal action against TFL, who she says have not accepted moral or legal responsibility for what happened.
