Zelenskyy reveals ‘victory plan’ to Ukrainian parliament, while bid is yet to be endorsed by allies

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has acknowledged for the first time that Western partners are increasing pressure on Ukraine to negotiate with Russia. He hinted that talks would hurt Kyiv as he unveiled what he called a ‘victory plan’ to the Ukrainian parliament. The plan maintains Ukraine’s military’s incursion into Russia’s Kursk region. Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is not prepared for a frozen conflict. His plan also includes Ukraine receiving an invitation to join the NATO military bloc.
