Tropical Storm Dorian on path for Caribbean and could become hurricane

A tropical storm watch has been issued in the Caribbean as Tropical Storm Dorian moves west. The National Hurricane Center said it could reach hurricane strength by Tuesday. CBS News contributing meteorologist Jeff Berardelli joins CBSN to discuss the storm.
